Welcome to Quantum Network Explorer!

The Quantum Network Explorer (QNE) is the world's first open, international and accessible platform for quantum network technologies. Users from various backgrounds can learn about, explore and build their own quantum network applications!

The pre-built applications and the experiments run on our simulation platforms. We are working on developing quantum hardware and once ready it will be available for you to run your applications and experience the potential of a future quantum internet.

The goal of the QNE platform is to bring diverse voices across the disciplines globally and together build quantum networks and the community around them.

QuTech

QuTech is a mission-driven interfaculty research institute, formally founded in 2015 by Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) together with the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO). Currently both the Faculty of Applied Sciences and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Sciences are involved in QuTech. Together, we work on a radically new technology with world-changing potential. Our mission: to develop scalable prototypes of a quantum computer and an inherently safe quantum internet, based on the fundamental laws of quantum mechanics.
